GENERAL
✦ By placing a commission, you agree to these Terms of Service.
✦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason, whether due to personal preference or including content I am uncomfortable with, outside my skill range, or that violates platform rules or laws.
✦ Characters with high complexity may be simplified or reduced in detail
✦ I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork as a future commission sample and to post it on my social media channels for portfolio purposes. Please inform me if you have specific conditions regarding the posting of the artwork.If you require the artwork to remain confidential, an additional fee will apply.
✦ Please specify in advance if you require a transparent background.
✦ I retain full copyright of the artwork.
✦ I strictly do not permit the use of my artwork in connection with NFTs, AI, or any cryptocurrencies.PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
✦ Full payment is required before work begins.
✦ No refunds will be issued once the work is officially in progress.
✦ If I am the one who canceled the work, I will refund the full amount.REVISIONS
✦ "Surprise me" type commissions cannot be requested for revisions.
✦ You may request a maximum of 2 revisions without additional charge. Further revisions beyond the limit will incur an extra fee.
✦ Fixing compositions or character details are allowed during the sketching phase. After that, only color changes are allowed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ The working period is approximately 7 days to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the work and the current queue volume.
✦ Commissions are processed in the order they are received.
✦ Work on two separate commissions may occur concurrently while waiting for your review or feedback on one.
✦ If you have a fixed deadline, please inform me beforhead!USAGE
✦ You must use the commissioned artwork only under the terms and conditions of it's licenses.
For personal use:
✦ The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
✦ Giving credit is not strictly necessary but is greatly appreciated.
✦ You may print the artwork for non-commercial use only, limited to 5 physical copies per artwork.
For Commercial Use:
✦ If you require commercial usage rights, an additional fee equal to 100% of the original commission price will apply.COMMUNICATION
